FAQs

1. What does a wedding coordinator do?

As your wedding coordinator, I handle the details, manage the timeline, and oversee vendors on the big day. My role is to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on celebrating with your loved ones.

2. How is a wedding coordinator different from a wedding planner?

A planner helps with the entire process from the beginning—budgeting, design, and vendor selection. A coordinator steps in closer to your wedding day (usually 4–6 weeks before) to tie up loose ends, finalize details, and manage everything on the day itself.

3. When should I hire a wedding coordinator?

I recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, but I can also step in closer to your wedding if needed. The sooner we connect, the better I can ensure all the details come together seamlessly.

4. Do you offer “day-of” coordination?

Yes! What many couples call “day-of coordination” actually starts weeks before the wedding. I’ll confirm vendor contracts, create a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there on your wedding day to manage everything behind the scenes.

5. Will you work with the vendors I’ve already chosen?

Absolutely! I’ll coordinate with your vendors, confirm their schedules, and serve as their point of contact on your wedding day so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

6. What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?

That’s where I come in. Whether it’s a last-minute change, a timeline shift, or an unexpected hiccup, I’ll handle it calmly and efficiently so you don’t even have to know it happened.

7. Do you attend the wedding rehearsal?

Yes! I’ll run the rehearsal to ensure your bridal party feels confident and knows where to be and when. It’s a key step in making the ceremony flow smoothly.

8. How do you keep everything on schedule during the wedding?

I create a detailed timeline in advance and coordinate with all vendors to keep things running on track. From the first look to the grand exit, I make sure each transition happens seamlessly.

9. Can you help with décor setup?

Yes! While I’m not a florist or rental company, I assist with setting out personal items like programs, signage, table numbers, and favors so your vision comes to life.

10. How do I get started working with you?

The first step is a consultation call where we discuss your wedding vision and needs. From there, I’ll recommend the best coordination package and guide you through the next steps.
